Whether it comes to you or you swing by to grab it, here’s exactly how delivery and pickup work — the zones, the fees, the timing, and what to expect.
Delivery
Service area
We deliver within a 12-mile radius of our kitchen, covering the surrounding neighborhoods and nearby suburbs. Not sure if you’re in range? Enter your address at checkout.
Order minimum
Delivery orders start at a $25 minimum (before fees and tax). Pickup orders have no minimum — grab a single bowl if that’s all you need.
Delivery fee
A flat $5.99 fee applies inside our core zone. Orders beyond ~8 miles add a small distance surcharge, always shown before you pay. Free delivery on orders over $75.
Packed to travel
Everything is sealed in insulated, oven-safe packaging so it arrives hot and gooey. Reheating instructions are included with every order.

Order ahead
Place your order online and choose “Pickup.” Select ASAP or schedule a time that works for you.

We cook fresh
Your batch is made to order. You’ll get a notification the moment it’s boxed and ready.

Grab & go
Come to the pickup window, give your name and order number, and you’re out the door — no waiting in line.
Timing & what to expect
A few things that keep every order arriving at its cheesy best.
Prep & timing
Because everything is made fresh, please allow 30–45 minutes for standard orders and more during peak hours. Large and catering orders need advance notice.
Scheduling
Order ASAP or schedule up to 7 days out. Scheduled orders are prepped to be ready right at your chosen time.
Your responsibilities
Provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number, be available to receive delivery, and refrigerate leftovers promptly. We can’t be responsible for orders left unattended after drop-off.
