What’s your delivery range?
We deliver within about a 12-mile radius of our kitchen, covering surrounding neighborhoods and nearby suburbs. Enter your address at checkout and we’ll confirm instantly whether you’re in the zone.
How does scheduling work?
You can order ASAP or schedule up to 7 days in advance. Scheduled orders are timed so they’re fresh and ready right at your selected delivery or pickup slot.
Do you offer catering?
Yes! We cater corporate events, weddings, churches, birthdays, schools, community events, and private parties. Head to our Catering page to send an inquiry and we’ll build you a custom quote.
How much notice do you need?
Standard delivery and pickup orders usually need 30–45 minutes of prep time. Large orders and catering require more advance notice — we recommend at least 5–7 days for events so we can plan portions and staffing.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. Add proteins, extra toppings, and sides to any mac, and use the special instructions field at checkout for allergies or preferences. For catering, we’ll tailor the whole menu with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online orders are paid by major credit and debit cards. Catering invoices can be settled by card or other arrangements we confirm with you directly. (Online payment is coming soon — for now, checkout ends at order review.)
What’s your cancellation policy?
Standard orders can be canceled for a full refund before we start cooking. Once a batch is in progress we can’t cancel it. Catering orders follow the terms on your quote, which typically include a cancellation window tied to your event date.
How does pickup work?
Choose “Pickup” at checkout and pick ASAP or a scheduled time. We’ll notify you when your order is boxed. Come to the pickup window, share your name and order number, and you’re on your way — no line.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
A flat $5.99 fee applies inside our core zone. Orders beyond roughly 8 miles add a small distance-based surcharge that’s always shown before you pay. Orders over $75 ship free.
